We are committed to providing the highest quality care for your cat. Our experienced staff is passionate about cats and dedicated to their well-being. We use the latest techniques and technologies to ensure your cat receives the best possible care.

Our Process

Our service area encompasses south and southwest Minneapolis, the Uptown neighborhood, parts of downtown and first-ring suburbs surrounding these areas. If you would like to have Divine Feline take care of your cats, please let us know your approximate location so we can make sure you are in our service area. If so, we will set up a meet-and-greet to:

  •  Meet you and your cat(s)
  • Go through your care routine
  • Confirm your schedule
  • Get a set of keys (or the code to any keypad entry system)
  • Agree on payment plan

The meet-and-greet is usually done in person but can also be done through a Facetime phone call. We can also do this part of the process over the phone or through emails as well, although in-person and Facetime are preferred. At this meeting, you will walk us through your care routine and share contact information you’d like us to have on file in case of emergency or so we can update you on your cat’s care.

At this meeting we will also confirm dates with you and get a set of keys or the code to your keypad entry system. If you have an alarm system, we will ask for a demonstration of how that works, as well. We will also agree on a payment plan. If you are only going to be gone for a few days, you can either pay us up front (Venmo, cash or check are welcome) or we will leave you an invoice on our last day and ask that you pay us promptly afterward. If you are going to be away for more than a week, we ask that you leave us half of the total due before you leave with the rest payable to us promptly after your return.

For new clients, once we start visits, we will text an update after our first visit to let you know everything went fine. For the remainder of your trip, we will log visit times and write comments in our “Pet Report Card,” which we leave for you to read when you get home. It is also very helpful if you leave an instruction note for us to refer to while you are away.

Our Pricing

  • Our pricing structure is simple and competitive. We can do one or two visits a day. We do not do overnight stays or house-sitting.
  • Standard 30-Minute Cat Visit I $27 per visit
This includes feeding and watering, treats, litter box scooping, playing, snuggling, brushing, etc.
  • Extended Visit I $1 per minute
For example, 15 extra minutes would be $15 extra dollars. We will use this time as you wish (e.g., petting, playing, grooming, etc.)

NOTE: These prices are for up to three cats per household. Prices may vary if you have more than three cats or if you fall outside of our service area, but we are still able to service you (e.g., a gas surcharge). Prices will be determined for these situations at our meet-and-greet.
